Miller Bone File is a double-ended straight-cut Bone File provide clean smoothing of bony surfaces, spurs and protrusions during rhinology procedures. The instrument has a central cylindrical handle and two sizes of draw-cutting blades which feature sharp horizontal serrations that are designed to cut effortlessly in the antero-posterior direction. The neck of the blades is curved and streamlined to allow cutting around curved working sites.

We also manufacture the 19 cm long drawing ultra-cut TC Miller Bone File with its characteristic golden handle. Cross-cutting Miller and ultra-cut TC Miller bone files that can cut in both directions are also available. We manufacture our bone files from premium quality surgical grade stainless steel that can be sterilized and reused for years of reliable operation in rhinoplasty procedures.
